THE PRACTICE
Welcome to Louisville Medical Center!
Louisville Medical Center is proud to bring high-quality, need-sensitive care to Louisville. Our no-insurance, self-pay medical care plan ensures that everyone has access to the health care they need when they need it. Preventative health care shouldn't ever be a financial hardship for people and that is why our practice makes health care affordable for all. Our feeling is that patients and providers are all too often unable to make the right healthcare decisions due to the constraints placed on them by insurance companies. We feel that you should be in charge of your health care and our medical center should be able to give you the care that you need, not the care the insurance companies dictate.
Because there are around 3000 people in Cass County for every health care provider practicing, Louisville Medical Center will be a valuable addition to the county, providing important, life-saving services to our rural communities.
Office visits are $40 to address one problem. Specialized medical visits may be charged up to $60 for complex medical needs. Some complex medical services may require an additional office visit and follow-up.
Basic laboratory services will be performed in-house for a nominal additional fee, as well as procedures such as laceration repairs and pelvic exams. Louisville Medical Center also provides services such as medically-managed weight loss programs and IV Hydration.
Louisville Medical Center will accept payments from HSA/FSA accounts, credit/debit cards, cash and checks.
